Have you watched any of the popular ancestry TV shows? If you have, you probably noticed that the experts setup an initial family tree on Ancestry.com to do some basic research. From there, they branch out and expand their research and find many interesting things that are not digitized yet. It’s exciting while you are watching the show, but it can be a bit nerve-racking doing it for yourself. Even if you have some old family documents to work with, getting started with Ancestry can be overwhelming. The link link below to an interesting post about starting a tree. If you need help, or are stuck and need some helping making sense of the Ancestry’s hints, connect with me and I’ll try to lend a hand.
